Our wines


light, uncomplicated, crisp! This is how our Green manifests itself from its svelte side. The grapes come from the Strasser Hasel. Deep loess soils predominate there, ideal for wines with a light citrus fruit and lively acidity.

The first harvested grapes from our Hasel Ried are earmarked for our Green. Only there do the deep loess soils provide a typical pot pourri aroma of green apples, citrus and elderflowers. After whole-cluster pressing, the grapes are fermented at just under 18° C and then put on the lees in the steel tank for a short time.

tasting notes

fresh citrus zest, delicate scent of ripe apples and green pepper. Lively and firm acid structure, fruity, tangy, a wine for every day.
