is responsible for everything, thinks he’s indispensable, in the vineyards early in the morning, in the cellar before noon, in between he’s off to trade fairs and presentations, but his great passion are the vineyards.

the 1st Lady

Magdalena Topf

Magdalena Topf is responsible for all office work from order taking to book-keeping; is married to the computer, but still lends a ready ear to all members of our team, the calm counterpart to the impulsive manager.

Hans Peter Topf

puts his efforts in the sales force to fulfil all requirements of our clients in Austria and abroad. After his international wine business studies in Geisenheim as well as different trainings at wineries in Germany and New Zealand he is now working in the winery since a few years. His biggest passion is Pinot Noir, where he invests a big part of his time.

Maximilian Topf

knows each sqaure centimetre of our sites! With passion and great dedication he takes care of our vineyards. After different trainings in vineries in southern Styria and Germany he has discovered his affection to great Rieslings. The wine cellar is his playground, where he spends day and night.

Stanislaw

Stanislaw is the senior winemaker and the manager’s right-hand, his special love for wine and his affinity to nature lend him a very gentle way of handling the wines and transferring them into the bottles. He is employed in our winery for more than 20 years.

Jacek

Jacek rides his tractor assiduously – not only familiar with his machines – also with nature and the vines. He’s a machinist with instinctive feeling.

Jarek

Jarek started his job in our winery in summer 2013. He’s a member of the vineyard staff and his profession is Fendt!

Anton

Anton is the technician and vital to our tractors and machines. He sees to all the servicing and literally gets everything running again; inspired by our team he’s become a wine enthusiast on the side with just as much fondness for nature and the wine cellar.

Piotr

Piotr is the allrounder in our team! He is supporting our tractor team and drives our wheel loader as no other one. His main focus is the fertilisation managment of our vineyards.

Radoslaw

He is one out of our tractor division which knows how to handle machines. Radoslaw is also a good hand in the vineyards.

Agatha

She is the good soul in our winery. Agatha has a big passion for our vineyards as well as in the cellar. She is indispensable in our team.

Stasia

Stasia lives for our vineyards. She knows each square meter of our parcels and leads our vineyard division with a strict hand. She is also with us in the cellar for bottling wines.

Anubis

He is the smallest in our family. Most of the time he gets spoiled with strokes and dog treats from the team.

Gustl

Gustl is either helpful in the cellar or in the vineyards. If he is not in the winery, he may could follow his favourite activity “exploring the vineyards of Straß”
