Grüner Veltliner
Ried Hölle

A joint project of the young generation. After years of cultivation, Hölle is one of the vineyards with the oldest vine stocks. Deep loess soils and a southern basin shaped by the weather ensure a special microclimate here. The Grüner Veltliner Hölle is a prime example of a balanced, dense, powerful wine in its class.

In terms of area, Hölle is one of our smaller sites, and it brings out exotic hints in the grapes due to the unique microclimate. The picking time is guided by our Premier Cru wines, which are harvested from mid to late October. After fermentation in steel tanks, the Grüner Veltliner Ried Hölle matures on the lees for almost a year.
