Grüner Veltliner
Hans Topf

The signature of Hans Topf in a wine! The grapes for our Grüner Veltliner Hans Topf come from the Strasser Hasel. The vineyard there has been family-owned since the mid-1960s. After malolactic fermentation and 16 months in large Manhartsberg oak barrels, the wine is bottled.

Deep chalky loess soils extend across the Strasser Hasel, which ensure an ideal supply of water and nutrients for our vineyards. The slope of the plain stretches in the southerly direction, where ample hours of sunshine from morning to late afternoon ensure ideal grapes. Optimal conditions for powerful and extract-rich Burgundies and bold Veltliners.
