The first winter days of February fastly got removed by intense windstorms way above 70 km/h. Our vineyards could stand this changing weather fronts. 

In the third week of this month our team is still pruning our vines during preparations for bottling our light summer and village wines of the vintage 2021 are going on.

One last time before bottling we are tasting our Gelber Muskateller, Sauvignon Blanc and Grüner Veltliner as well as Riesling Strass im Strassertal.
