The first week of February begins almost like spring. We spend the warm and windy days in our vineyards!

Soon the pruning season is over and our vines are set for the coming period. At the same time our bottling line is running at full speed. The first 2023 vintage wines are going to be released in the second week of February.

The 2023 vintage will be our first certified organic vintage. This marks the end of a 3-year conversion period, during which we have learnt to pay even more attention to nature and its weather conditions. However, the learning process is never finished and we are looking forward to a sustainable future!
