The first week of March surprised us with daily maximum temperatures up to 16°C. Even if spring stands in front of our doors there is still a lot to do in our Cru’s.

The vineyard team is in charge with careful binding of our vines. They need to have a knack for the binding otherwise the fragile fruit wood could be damaged too fast.

Jacek and his son Szymon who joined our team a few weeks ago are responsible for preparing our vineyards for the spring. Wires get tightened and vineyard pales are checked to their stability.

We are spending the rainy days in the cellar to bottle our village wines from vintage 2020 which will be available in our online shop shortly.
