There is a lot of work waiting for us in February despite of this notorious situation. Everything gets prepared for the bottling of our village wines vintage 2020.

During our team is charged with the pruning of our vines we are organizing the bottling plan for the coming days. We taste our Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Gelber Muskateller and Sauvignon Blanc Strass im Strassertal for the last time before they get bottled and labeled.
