This time we are proud to have one of the most famous chefs from Austria with us. Jürgen Vigné, who’s talent is decorated with one star michelin and 3 toques Gault Milau will serve a 6 course menu. The venison comes from the hunting grounds from Hans and Hans jr. Together with Jürgen the winemakers will present 3 wines per course.
